Please note :

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Tenants may collect the keys after 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must vacate and return the keys by no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Well behaved pets are welcome at this property but there is an additional levy per pet of £20. Please note pets are to be kept under control at all times and never allowed on the furniture nor left alone inside the property.

We are happy to provide late availability deals where available. Please do not hesitate to ask for details in this regard.

Where indicated we are also happy to provide short breaks, subject to a minimum 3 day stay and minimum daily rate of £75 plus change over cleaning levy of £35. Again please do not hesitate to ask for details.

Duvets and pillowcases are provided but linen/towels are not included, please therefore do not overlook to bring your own. Alternatively, this can be provided for a fixed charge:
